Shipping & Returns

Payment:

All prices on the wesbite are listed in US Dollar (USD).  Please check all prices agaisnt your local curreny before ordering.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you choose to pay by money order or cashier's check, please CALL to place your order. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been confirmed.

Sales Tax

Any orders being shipped inside Texas will be charges an 8.25% sales tax on their order.  All other orders will be tax free.

Shipping and Transit Times:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days for in stock items. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

USPS Express Mail is provided for rush orders. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Tracking is provided with every order. You will receive it by e-mail once the order has shipped or give us a call.

Holiday Shipping and Transit Times:

Our shipping partners have advised that during December, shipping times might increase by 3-4 days. This is completely out of our hands and is due to the holiday rush at shipping companies. We kindly ask that you remain patient if your order is delayed.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 10-12 business days in most regions. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.

USPS Express Mail International is provided for rush orders. Delivery time is 5-7 business days in most regions. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.

Tracking is provided with every order. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the order has shipped or give us a call.

Any customs or duties charges, which may be applicable to international deliveries, are the responsibility of the customer.

All wholesale orders are not included in any shipping promotions, and shipping is the responsibility of the wholesaler.

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final on Ashe Skin Care and Cosmetics products. No refunds or exchanges. In the event an unclaimed shipment is sent back to our fulfillment center, a 15% restocking fee will apply. A refund for the products will be provided to the original payment method. Shipping charges can not be refunded.
